An OKR pairs a qualitative Objective (where you want to get to) with 2-4 measurable Key Results (how you'll know you got there). These are illustrative starting points — the numbers should come from your own baseline, not be copied as targets.

Objective: Ship reliably without slowing down.

Objective: Make onboarding fast and consistent.
